[TowardEX NOTIFY-ALL] FYI: AboveNet GigE Outage

Hello:

We're currently experiencing undetermined software fault on one of our border
routers that provides connectivity to AboveNet, one of our upstream providers.

The affected router repeatedly resets itself due to crash and we are
investigating the cause of the problem.  Until this problem is fully resolved,
connections to AboveNet and MXP have been administratively disabled in order to
prevent customer traffic from becoming affected.

No customers are presently down or affected, however connection to AboveNet
and MXP peering point will be down until further notice while our NOC 
investigates the issue.  The network is currently routed through Cogent to
reach internet destinations at this time until this problem is corrected.
