[TowardEX NOTIFY-ALL] FYI: AboveNet GigE Outage

Dear clients,

Just a quick update on this issue below.  We have narrowed down some of the 
possible causes of the issue earlier today on the router that's feeding AboveNet
transit.  We feel that we do have a workaround solution to provide a temporary
fix until we schedule maintenance to apply a permanent resolution.

We will implement a workaround solution and attempt to restore AboveNet transit
back in service tonight during our normal maintenance window at 9:00 PM.  This
work is to be considered as Emergency Maintenance activity, but there will not
be any service outage or impact to services provided to customers.  However 
please consider this as a precautionary window.
