Dear Clients,

Please be advised that on Saturday, December 20 2008 at approximately
1 P.M. Eastern Standard Time, Markley Group, building manager at 
1 Summer Street facility will be performing maintenance on the UPS 
battery backup systems.  

The maintenance operation requires that UPS be placed in bypass and
power will be transfer switched to generators. There should be no 
interruption to provided services. However, because the work is being
conducted on electrical facilities supplying power to our backbone
equipments, please consider this event as a precautionary window. 

The maintenance procedure is expected to be completed by 3 P.M.

If you have any questions about the aforementioned maintenance, please 
contact our NOC number at 617-459-4051 ext 500 or email support at towardex.com.

continuity preparations are necessary. We regret any inconvenience this 
maintenance activity may cause you or your organization. As usual, we are
