[TowardEX NOTIFY-ALL] Scheduled Power Maintenance Notification 3/8/2008

Dear TowardEX Customer,

One Summer Street building operator, Markley Group and their contractor, Gilbane Building Company,
will be performing electrical work to liven up an additional transformer vault at the datacenter.

The work will allow activation of additional 10 Megawatts of base building power supply which will
be brought in from a different grid sub-station within City of Boston for added diversity purposes.

The maintenance work will commence at 10 PM Eastern Time on Sunday, March 8th 2008.  During the work,
the outside electricity to datacenter service riser will be cut off for up to 8 hours.  

Because UPS and Generator backup systems will be activated, no service impact to customers in
1 Summer Street is expected.

However, please consider this maintenance notice as a precautionary window just in case, due to
the nature of the work being conducted.

Technicians will be available both on-site and nearby to respond to problems should they arise during
the scheduled work.

If you experience any problems connecting or with your equipment during the maintenance window, 
please contact 1-617-459-4051 extension 500.
