Dear Customers,

A while ago, we sent out invitation for an open beta test of serial console mux 
for EasyColo customers in Suite 'D' at 1 Summer Street (site code BSTPMAL7).

We are pleased to announce that serial console service is now available for
open beta test for EasyColo customers located inside Suite D, effective
immediately.  Open beta customers can now request installation of serial console
connection to their servers or equipments by sending email to support at towardex.com.

Our serial console service is based on Opengear Console Manager platform, which
provides an advanced IP-based serial terminal service, that allows you to SSH
into the terminal server for added security.

For customers who did not previously sign up for open beta, please read below,
on section "Where to go from here?"


Where to go from here?

Production-grade level service will commence in Suite D by April.  We are currently
waiting for installation of 96-pair category 5 trunk cabling between colocation
cabinets in suite D for SmartOOB connections.  Once that installation is completed
we can begin rolling out production grade level services to customers in Suite D.

Customers located in Suite A will be able to subscribe to service in the near future.
Currently we do not have an ETA at this time, because an electrical upgrade project
to cabinets in Suite A is required before Opengear devices and rest of SmartOOB services
can be deployed out there.  Remote management connections however are available to
customers in Suite A effective immediately.
