[TowardEX NOTIFY-ALL] EasyColo Scheduled Maintenance Notification

Dear Customer,

TowardEX has scheduled a brief downtime to perform upgrades to electrical system supplying
power to a couple of our cabinet distribution network switches.

During the maintenance operation, customers in Cabinet 30 in Suite D with SID numbers starting
with EC.BOS-D030xx where xxx can be any number or letter may experience up to 5 minutes of
network connectivity loss. Power supplying your equipment is not affected, only the network
connectivity is.

Please note that customers with redundant internet connectivity using NIC Teaming or BGP
configuration should not experience downtime by the maintenance but precaution is advised due
to the work being performed on network equipments.  Customers in other cabinets or with SID
numbers not starting with EC.BOS-D030xx are not affected.

The scheduled maintenance activity will commence on Saturday, August 10, 2009 at 9:00 PM
Eastern Time. The maintenance will conclude by 9:30 PM.

If you are unable to connect or having problems for an extended period of time after the
maintenance event, please contact 1-617-849-7278 option 3.

continuity preparations are necessary. We regret any inconvenience this 
maintenance activity may cause you or your organization. As usual, we are
