Dear clients,

On Monday, December 21st, starting at 9:30 PM EST, we will be conducting a routine network
maintenance activity to increase backbone capacity in accordance with our quarterly strategic
traffic and capacity planning review.  The purpose of this maintenance is to further improve
reliability and service quality of our network infrastructure on behalf of all clients.

This maintenance activity will conlude by no later than 10:30 PM and we do not expect any
downtime or service outage as a result of the work being performed. However, due to the fact
that this work is being conducted on backbone core routers, precautionary window is being
advised.  Furthermore, customers may notice changes in routing while the work is being
conducted, however it should not affect end-to-end connectivity.

If you are unable to connect or having problems for an extended period of time after the
maintenance event, please contact 1-617-849-7278 option 3.

TowardEX is providing this notification so that you can determine if business
continuity preparations are necessary. We regret any inconvenience this 
maintenance activity may cause you or your organization. As usual, we are 
committed to keeping you informed about the status of maintenance activities
affecting your service reliability.
