[TowardEX NOTIFY-ALL] Scheduled Network Maintenance affecting some EasyColo Customers (Feb 12, 2009)

Dear Customer,

TowardEX has scheduled a brief downtime to perform a network upgrade on
EasyColo access switches "ezw-jf17-2148-1.bos" and "ezw-jf18-2148-1.bos."

During the maintenance operation, the above two top-of-the-rack aggregation
part of our routine network upgrade program for the EasyColo infrastructure.

The scheduled maintenance activity will commence on February 12th (Thursday)
at 04:00 AM local time (GMT-5/Eastern) and conclude by no later than 05:00 AM.

The maintenance activity will only affect some customers identified below.  
No other customers are affected by this maintenance activity.


AFFECTED CUSTOMERS LIST/IMPACT
------------------------------

EasyColo customers with Server SID numbers starting with "EC.BOS-JF17" and 
"EC.BOS-JF18" are affected. SID numbers starting in different ranges or SID
numbers starting with "EZC-BOS" are NOT affected.

All other customers are NOT affected by this maintenance activity and should
not experience any downtime or service interruptions as a result of the work
being performed.

Customers with affected servers or equipment as identified above may experience
downtime on internet/network connectivity for up to 15 minutes while the migration
takes place.  Electrical power service will not be affected by this maintenance
operation.

If you are unable to connect or having problems for an extended period of time after the
maintenance event, please contact 1-617-459-4051 extension 500.

continuity preparations are necessary. We regret any inconvenience this 
maintenance activity may cause you or your organization. As usual, we are

affecting your service reliability.
