Description:

We have experienced a momentary power failure on one of our incoming power feeds from Markley Group
at Suite D at 1:45 PM eastern time today.  One of the master power redundancy modules, PRIM1 had 
failed.

Markley Group is currently on-site replacing the failed modules and will be switching over the power
to normal configuration within an hour from now.  They do not anticipate any outages or interruptions
in service during the cut-over but because the work is being conducted on the power supply module 
it is being considered as a precautionary window.
