Dear Clients,

Following up to yesterday's incident (ticket number MTN66108) where PRIM1 control/monitor module
on UPS for B side had failed, Markley Group is conducting unscheduled preventive maintenance
on that module tonight at 8 P.M. Eastern Time (GMT -4).  The duration is expected to last two
hours while the module is in bypass, and this maintenance is deemed important to ensure that
failures do not happen again on that module.

No interruption to power service is expected on both A and B power feeds during the maintenance,
however because the work is being conducted on critical electrical distribution components, please
consider this emergency maintenance as a precautionary window.

We will send another notice once the maintenance operation has been completed successfully.

patience.
