Dear clients,

On Sunday November 8th, between 1 AM and 6 AM, Gilbane Building Company (Markley Group/1 Summer Street
construction manager)  will be operating a heavy lift crane to place two new generators on the roof of
1 Summer St data center.

To ensure safety and comply with code regulations, all building occupants and tenants will be denied 
entry access into the building during the crane operating time between 1 AM and 6 AM on Nov 8th Sunday.
Any personnel working inside the datacenter will be required to vacate the building premise by 1:00 AM
before the crane operation can commence.

Please postpone any maintenance activities on your servers or equipments that may result in having you or 
any of your technicians come to the datacenter for during the hours of crane operation.

We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused you, however all safety precautions must be met
and satisfied before this important construction work can proceed.  Thank you for your cooperation.
