[TowardEX NOTIFY-ALL] Scheduled Network Maintenance Notification (Wed Sep 9 21:00 EDT)

Dear Customer,

On Wednesday September 9th, starting at 9:00 PM EDT, we will be making network configuration changes to
facilitate activation of our newly added capacity to AboveNet.  The maintenance will run for 1 hour and
thus conclude by no later than 10:00 PM.

There should not be any downtime or service outage as a result of the work being performed. However due
to the fact that the work is being condcuted on backbone routers, precautionary window is being advised.

The purpose of this maintenance activity is to facilitate routing configuration changes to push out more
traffic to AboveNet, in order to take advantage of our newly increased capacity that has recently been
turned up.

If you are unable to connect or having problems for an extended period of time after the
maintenance event, please contact 1-617-849-7278 option 3.

TowardEX is providing this notification so that you can determine if business
continuity preparations are necessary. We regret any inconvenience this 
maintenance activity may cause you or your organization. As usual, we are 
committed to keeping you informed about the status of maintenance activities
affecting your service reliability.
