[TowardEX NOTIFY-ALL] Announcement: Introducing 3rd Internet Bandwidth Carrier - Level3 Communications

Dear Clients,

We are pleased to announce the addition of Level3 to our mix of carriers supplying internet connectivity.  
As of today, we now have 3 separate transit providers (AboveNet, Level3, Cogent) on our network providing
a combined total transit capacity in excess of 4.2 Gbps to the internet.  All of these 3 carriers are
connected to our backbone using BGP-4 routing protocol, providing faster and efficient routing of traffic.
Moreover, the addition of new carrier substantially increases network redundancy and fault-tolerance for
all of our customers in the event of carrier or facility failures.

All of our customers will immediately benefit from the addition of Level3 as our newest joining carrier.
You do not have to change any settings or request any changes to your network configuration to take 
advantage of the new bandwidth added by Level3. Your traffic is already being serviced by an optimized 
blend of AboveNet, Level3, Cogent and peering with local Boston ISP networks.

Level3 Communications is a global Tier-1 network and since 2007 has consistently scored one of the highest
ranked connectivity degrees on the internet. The selection of Level3 Communications to join our network 
supplier list is consistent with our goals of reducing network latency and improving quality of service 
for all of our clients. This new addition will directly and primarily benefit TowardEX customers that 
are running delay sensitive applications, such as financial data and monetary transactions, game server 
hosting, interactive video and Voice-over-IP applications.
