Dear Clients,

On Friday, January 15th, starting at 5:00 AM EST, we will be conducting a network
maintenance activity to install security patches and updates to a number of our
backbone switches and routers.

These updates are necessary to secure our network from recently discovered 
vulnerabilities that could affect the reliability of our network if not addressed 
in due time.

Customers may experience brief interruption in service lasting no longer than 5 
minutes or brief packet loss during the maintenance operation.

Customers connected to our network using redundant connection should not experience
any downtime but will see changes in routing while the work is in progress.

If you are unable to connect or having problems for an extended period of time after the
maintenance event, please contact 1-617-849-7278 option 3.

TowardEX is providing this notification so that you can determine if business
continuity preparations are necessary. We regret any inconvenience this 
maintenance activity may cause you or your organization. As usual, we are 
committed to keeping you informed about the status of maintenance activities
affecting your service reliability.
