[OCCAID] TPA1 IPv6 prefixes

Hi,
I am connected to TPA1. This morning I noticed that I was only receiving 
2 v6 prefixes from OCCAID TPA1 overnight. So I am guessing there is an 
issue with that POP. Or probably something on my end.. who knows
