[OCCAID] 2001:470:112::/48 and 3ffe:4010:a00e::/48 now removed

We had two downstreams using 2001:470:112::/48 on the p2p link between OCCAID
and their network... BroadbandONE and LavaNet. You seem to have renumbered
BroadbandONE last week but LavaNet is still on that block.
5 lavanet-hawaii.gr0-1-0.cr1.sfo2.occaid.org (2001:470:112:ffff:5f0::2) 270.991 ms 145.171 ms 144.417 ms
