[OCCAID] Proper zone for 2001:4830:2010::/45

What would the proper zone format be for 2001:4830:2010::/45? I 
know that for 2001:4830:2010::/44 it would be 
1.0.2.0.3.8.4.1.0.0.2.ip6.arpa.
