[OCCAID] 2001:4830::/32 now available in ZBW, ZNY regions

The new production 2001:4830::/32 prefix to replace aging 6bone 3ffe:401d::/32
block is now available in Boston and New York regions.

Members under one of the following POP's may receive their new allocations by
sending email to renumber at cnacs.occaid.org

For members not homed to the POP's below, no worries -- the production prefix
is coming to POP's near you in the coming weeks :)

ZNY: NEW YORK CENTER

   cr1.EWR2     Clifton, NJ Core (public tunneling only)
   cr1.jfk2     NYC-Manhatten Edge (customer access only, can't do tunnels)
