[OCCAID] Heads Up: Scheduled Maintenance for CR1.EWR2

The facility housing cr1.ewr2 router will be performing service disrupting
maintenance between 10am and 12pm each day below. They expect about 15 minutes
of downtime, however OCCAID's estimate of expected downtime is up to 2 hours,
just in case.

Fri 1/14

Our apologies for the continuing on-going issues with EWR2 node lately, however
the provider is working hard to improve the overall infrastructure to increase
the reliability and resilency.
