On other note, I think there was a sense of unprofessionalism on
Scott's part to simply enact it into policy without listening to
opinions from others. Which is why I offered another revision to the
"proposal" b/c it really wasn't a proposal when other people's opinions
were not heard. But I guess it won't make much difference now..

As far as "tunnels being delayed", that is not true but I do understand
the concerns you have in mind.

If you have problems with tunnel or other provisioning due to differences of
opinions, you are welcome to bring that to my attention in private and I will
deal with that.
