[OCCAID] New POP online in Boca Raton, FL

The OCCAID Project is pleased to announce opening of its new Point of Presence
in Boca Raton, Florida. The node code for this POP is "BCT1" in ZMA area.

BCT1 will be able to migrate a number of Florida-based downstreams who are
tunneled to EWR or DFW due to lack of OCCAID presence in Florida region.

The POP will be ready to take new connections as early as this evening, as
connections are being brought up overnight as we speak.
