Let's do it this way .. no more IRC access over v6 from the occaid v6 
tunnel network (lots of tunnel providers like he.net and freenet6.net 
already do this)

If the IRC kiddies don't get IRC over v6 they won't come bugging occaid 
for v6 access.

And the rest of us who want cool looking DNS names (even 0x.dead.beef 
type stuff) can go right ahead.
