[OCCAID] Proposal for EINTAP

  Denying applications because you are afraid of the clientelle that they supposedly attract is a hole with no bottom.
Okay, ban IRC today, so what application gets censured next week because somebody else disapproves of the kind of people
attracted by it?  Forget it. That is not a solution.
