AS30071 already filters 30071:666 from leaking out to customers unless
something somewhere is broken. If you are going to allow 30071:3000
only, beware that you will break transit conductivity to rest of IPv6
internet unless you have someone else giving you feed. Just letting
you aware of it.. ;>
