[OCCAID] improving v6 routes -- destinations needed

We are still changing routes all over the 30071 network -- apologies for the
disturbance!

While we are doing massive constructions, if anyone can let me know, whether
on-list or off-list of an IPv6 destination (I don't care whether its a web
site, IRC server, dns server, whatever it is) that you frequently use which
you'd prefer to have usable/sane path to, I'd appreciate it.
