[OCCAID] improving v6 routes -- destinations needed

Only two stream providers I know of that actually work (sometimes). If
anyone else knows of other decent sites that do v6 streaming (MP3 or
OGG), feel free to chime in. Music/content doesn't really matter - just
something besides IRC and web pages to use v6 with :) lkml.org used to
have good service but seems to have died off lately, and surge is down
sometimes. Does OCCAID have the bandwidth to do stream relaying to
members? Yes, you could consider it a waste of bandwidth, but what else
is there besides IRC, HTTP, FTP?
