[OCCAID] End point change and IPv6

Hey,

I would like to request a endpoint change.

AS-HALORGIUM

Old IPv4 Endpoint: 60.234.138.179
New IPv4 Endpoint: 60.234.142.11

Also, could I be allocated a IPv6 subnet for BGP'ing.
