Your tunnel ptp subnet is using 3ffe:401d:1f03:11::/64. Please get rid of that
/64 and renumber your tunnel to:
2001:4830:e4:9::/64 XFER Subnet
2001:4830:e4:9::1/64 OCCAID End
2001:4830:e4:9::2/64 YOUR End
Once you register your maint+autnum entries, and get your tunnel renumbered,
I will also assign you a new /48 NLA block to replace your 3ffe:: /48 allocation.
Then we can go ahead and configure BGP session at Dallas router.
