[OCCAID] Kansas City demand maintenance notice 4/10/06->4/11/06

Due to failing hardware problems, the cr1.mci1.us core router will be
permanently upgraded to new system from 4/10/06 to 4/11/06. users terminally
connecting to Kansas City pop (MCI) will see intermittent connectivity
throughout the day.  Route-server.occaid.net will be unavailable for most of
the time during maint.  Users not connected to Kansas City will experience
higher coast-to-coast latency during maintenance as traffic will reroute
through IAD->RDU->ATL->IAH->DFW->PHX->SAN->LAX->SJC path instead.

Also please note of upcoming maint. Tic #CMC00002123 at Newark (EWR) for
NYIIX connection via 60 Hudson in a few weeks, maint note will follow with
date & time when scheduled.
