[OCCAID] Re: Occaid Digest, Vol 32, Issue 3

The solution we came up with to address this issue is by hosting SixXS POPs
in the US. They already do automation and have a much better interface to
deal with tunnel accounts than us re-inventing the wheel.

With that said, we recognize that our sixxs presence is pretty
spotty/insufficient compared to the network itself's coverage throughout the
country. Things get busy for the primary sponsors who keep donating
hardware and sometimes this delays the setup process than everyone
anticipated. If you want to speed up this process, you can do so by
donating tangible assets, such as used 1U servers, etc.

We'll continue to support existing personal accounts that are not on SixXS,
but there can be delays here and there for those connections. Enterprise
connections i.e. those who are part of occaid membership are supported
through the official noc channel, which typically takes 48 hours for a
reply.
