[OCCAID] Outage Notice: Boston, MA

Hello

We're seeing hardware fault with OCCAID core router in 1 Summer Street,
Boston, MA.

An order for replacement unit has been placed today, and we hope to have
it shipped to Boston Field Eng. by late next week for on-site repairs.

Users connected to Boston site are currently out of service.  Users that
are not connected to Boston POP may see higher latency when reaching
Europe since Boston<->London link is down.
