The Teredo relay I believe announces 2001::/32 block, instead of a sub /48
or anything of that sort. You are certainly free to announce it if you want
to provide this service to the public, provided that you have the bandwidth
capacity to support the users. Just let me know if you want to do it, and
I'll permit 2001::/32 announcement from your AS.
As for 6to4, we have a customer (Hotnic) in Ashburn who is natively
connected to us and advertising this service, so I think it's best to leave
it this way, since it's better to take native path over a long tunnel
between NJ and Atlanta. You can however, request to have your tunnel
relocated to somewhere closer, or if your company can connect to 56
Marrietta Street in Atlanta, you can even go native. That's probably a good
way to deliver 6to4 service for southeastern U.S. users.
