I noticed that this morning also.  I'm assuming hop 7 is the ARIN
side of the connection/tunnel so perhaps the server itself is down.

I would also like to thank ARIN for reconfiguring their v6 access to
use occaid.  Their ftp server was basically unusable under the previous
arrangement.  It works great now (notwithstanding the current
issue).
