The BGP isn't coming up. 2001:4830:ea:1::1 is just dropping the  
connection.

Either there is a misconfiguration on my side (which is unlikely  
considering it was just an endpoint change),
or the BGP on 2001:4830:ea:1::1 has been dropped.
