a) Get a real IPv6 stack which has policy routing, but not many have
this.
(on linux just add the address you want as outbound as the last one on
the interface as linux always pick the last added one for new connects)
For the *BSD you have there
b) Configure your SMTP config correctly:
eg postfix in main.cf:
smtp_bind_address6 = 2001:db8::25
sendmail:
O DaemonPortOptions=Name=IPv6, Family=inet6, Modifiers=O,
Address=2001:db8::25
Option b) seems to be the one you should be taking as this clearly only
affects your SMTP setup.
