[OCCAID] Late night packet loss EWR <-> BOS

I have lately experienced some brief (10-20 minutes) packetloss between
SixXS Newark and and TowardEx in Boston.  This has all occured late at
night between 1:00 and 4:00.  I'm not exactly sure where this loss is
occurring, though I'm pretty sure the IPv4 link between Comcast and
SixXS Newark is not responsible.

The IPv4 and IPv6 tunnel endpoint is kipper.isomerica.net.

Is this scheduled maintenance or something else?
