FW: [OCCAID] Late night packet loss EWR <-> BOS

Dan, there is a known performance problem with the Newark-Boston connection
(#circuit ID 95.DHEC702701.0).  I see there has been a resolution this
morning though, but if it's still dropping packets, can you paste a traceroute
output when you are seeing the problem in action?
