[OCCAID] OCCAID[AS30071/IPv6] LINX/London Maintenance Notification

Hello -

On May 16, 2006, between 17:00 and 22:00 GMT, AS30071 will be relocating one of
its two LINX connections (224.0/23 network to be exact) to a new router to
alleviate both capacity and stability problems we've been experiencing to date.

Peers may see BGP session to AS30071 in both IPv4 and IPv6 down for up to 30
minutes while the work is under progress.

We expect the BGP peering sessions to become more stable and stop bouncing after
the completion of this scheduled maintenance.
