This is completed today.  There will be another maintenance coming up soon
at Stockholm -- adding a new router in another facility to prepare
connection to Netnod exchange.  Ticket number will follow later.

Also... cmc people... please don't include the peering partner email
addresses on public To/Cc: headlines when Cc'ing a mailing list, thank you.
