[OCCAID] Emergency Maintenance: 200 Paul Ave, San Francisco

Hello,

ISC will be relocating OCCAID router running in 200 Paul Ave., San Francisco
(node code, cr1.sfo2) from 3rd to 5th floor colo space at 11AM PST today. 
Connectivity and services for users homed to cr1.sfo2 router will be unavailable
for up to few hours during the move.

Further, OCCAID Boston router (node code, cr1.bos1) has finished moving from
Summer to Congress St. colo space this morning.  Not all of connections are
relocated to Congress St. facility, so backbone connections are temporarily 
tunneled until the move is completed.
