[OCCAID] New POPs and BGP Area Code Additions

We are pleased to announce turn up of two new POPs in Canada, at Edmonton and Toronto.

Following BGP community area/zone codes have been added, please be advised of updated
routing policy page on occaid web site.

Our next POP being worked on for turn up will be at 1 Wilshire Blvd. in Los Angeles, it
will be present at the Any2 exchange.
