No, unrelated.  However, we confirmed that there is a separate unrelated outage
of SixXS server in 56 Marrietta/Atlanta site. Trouble ticket for sixxs atl 
outage has been opened and we expect to have it troubleshooted and looked into
at earliest possible oppurtunity.

London POPs have been restored back in service. Members please call or email the
 NOC if you continue experiencing trouble with your connections terminated to
UK nodes, but we see everything to be back up as normal.
